Use Help for normal search, storage, account, reward and API questions. Use the source report for a correction or removal issue, and the security report for a reproducible vulnerability.
Keep sensitive data out
A short description, public error code and opaque receipt reference are usually enough to begin. Do not submit credentials, private transcripts, payment secrets or harmful attachments.
Current support boundary
Reports can be recorded privately in this installation. A saved report is not evidence of email delivery or staffed review. Public support channels and response expectations must be confirmed before release.
