What this installation stores, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and which facts still have to be settled before a public launch. Not a zero-log claim.
Preview policy status
This is an implementation disclosure for the current preview. The operator identity, markets, provider-specific retention, cross-border arrangements and final rights contact must be reviewed before a public launch. This text is not a claim of worldwide legal clearance.
Processing and retention
Questions and results are processed on the server even in tab-only mode. Temporary results are logically removed on acknowledgement or within the five-minute result window. Reports are encrypted, limited to the text you explicitly submit, and removed from active report storage after 30 days by periodic cleanup. Account, security and financial records have separate retention requirements; this preview is not a zero-log service.
Device and Cloud copies
Tab-only transcripts disappear on refresh or close. Explicit Browser history and browser memory use separate IndexedDB stores and are readable by anyone using the same browser profile. Local presentation and storage preferences are separate metadata. Cloud uses account-scoped encrypted records with independent history and memory consent. Selected imports are previewed; login never uploads browser content.
Providers and logs
Enabled discovery, answer, identity, payment and reward providers receive the data necessary for their disclosed role. The reference-only search sends no question to external search or model providers. Questions, emails and credentials are excluded from application logs and URLs; connection metadata still exists.
Deletion and backups
Settings provides available exports and deletion. Logical removal from active records is not proof of forensic erasure from storage journals or backups. Restore must replay deletion fences before traffic resumes. Exports, external providers and required financial records have separate retention and deletion rules.
