Understand your quote, charge and receipt
Know why credits are held, released or awaiting payment confirmation.
Available and reserved
A hold reserves the maximum without spending the underlying lot. Available balance subtracts active holds. A terminal job captures eligible allocated credits or releases the hold once. A retry returns that original receipt.
Payment uncertainty
Paymento confirmation is verified on the server. A redirect, screenshot, timer or browser message does not add credits. Partial, late, timed-out or mismatched payments may require review. Keep the existing order reference; never share a wallet seed phrase or private key.
Result expiry
A result payload is temporarily available for delivery and then removed on acknowledgement or expiry. The receipt remains even if the answer is no longer retrievable. Choose saving or export deliberately before closing a session-only tab.
Adjustments
A released search hold is different from a credit adjustment or a cryptocurrency refund. The displayed purchase policy governs the latter. No instant-refund or network-fee promise is implied by a released hold.
