When credits are released or payments reviewed
Distinguish search holds, account adjustments and purchase refunds.
Automatic search release
Cancelled, failed, expired and no-evidence jobs release reserved credits. If completion wins before cancellation, the completed receipt remains. A source-only result currently costs zero. Idempotent retries do not create another charge.
Purchase review
Cryptocurrency payment refunds are separate from internal holds. Eligibility, timing, destination verification and network fees must come from the approved purchase policy shown at checkout. This preview invents no refund deadline or amount.
Partial or late payment
Keep the order reference and check the existing order. Do not assume a browser return or wallet screenshot proves verification. A mismatch is held for review instead of automatically granting credits or telling you to pay again.

Submit a minimal order reference and issue description using the support route. Never provide a seed phrase, private key, password or API secret.
